청일전쟁 직전 일본, 중국, 프랑스 등 각 나라 군함의 입항일, 국명, 함선명, 출항지, 출항일 등이 기록되어 있다. 3월 23일에 중국의 평원호가 처음 입항했으며 이어 프랑스 포르테, 일본 츠카시 등이 입항했다. 일본 군함의 수가 가장 많았다.
