1801년(순조 1) 7월에 쓰인 내용을 필사본으로 제작했다. 다섯 집을 이웃으로 묶어 나눈 뒤 관리하고 단속하는 오가작통법五家作統法을 이용하여 이단(천주교 신자)을 찾아내고, 사학의 무리를 막아야 한다는 내용이다.

This is a manuscript containing records from the seventh lunar month of 1801 (the first year of King Sunjo’s reign). It advocates for the identification of heretics (Catholics) and the prevention of the spread of heterodoxy through the implementation of the Five-household Mutual Surveillance System. In this system, sets of five households in the neighborhoods were bound together to manage and surveil one another.
