1893년 4월 12일 동학인이 종친부宗親府에 붙인 괘서다. ‘비결’은 앞날을 예견하는 글이며, ‘괘서’는 공공장소에 몰래 붙이는 게시글을 말한다. 삼각산의 이름을 빌려 비결 문구를 적었다.

This poster was displayed at Jongchinbu (Office of Royal Genealogy) by the followers of Donghak on the 12th day of the 4th lunar month in 1893. Bigyeol refers to a written prophecy, and gwaeseo is a poster secretly placed in a public space. The prophetic phrases were written, borrowing the name of Samgaksan Mountain.
